Sales/Admin Assistant - Part Time - 20 Hours per week over 5 days Salary: Dependent on Experience This position is a support role for Cosmeceuticals Customer Service and Sales teams and involves various aspects of organisation and telephone operation to provide front line customer service and in house support. Main Duties: -Taking customer enquires, orders and returns. - General office duties as required. Essential skills: - Polite and clear telephone manner and the ability to communicate calmly, confidently and professionally. - Be organised with good time management skills- Computer literate. Experience: - Previous experience of telephone and customer service is essential. - Preparation of invoices and processing payments. Desirable Skills: -Knowledge of Sage and good Excel skills.
